Community Involvement

We are extremely fortunate to have so many dedicated Millet in Bloom volunteers who work tirelessly to make our community spaces the best they can be. Millet in Bloom members contribute by fundraising, organizing work bees, and donating their supplies, time, and knowledge to the organization.

The hard work of the Millet in Bloom team inspires community members and organizations to get involved as well. Initiatives like our Centennial Cemetery Bed, which encouraged community members to donate plants of special significance to them and their families, and programs like our Memorial Rose Garden, which allows people to purchase beautiful rose plants to commemorate loved ones, help to involve community members in the creation of our gardens and green spaces. The town of Millet benefits greatly from its whole-hearted support of Communities in Bloom.
